TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions for working with IM Nutrition. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following:

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with Inés Medina.

  • Payment is due after each session, either by bank transfer or as otherwise arranged with Inés.

  • IM Nutrition is not GST registered. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and do not include GST.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a fee at the discretion of IM Nutrition.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via email or through the booking system.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. The full fee applies.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late and we haven’t heard from you, the session may be considered a no-show and may be charged accordingly.

NUTRITION SERVICES

  • IM Nutrition offers personalised nutrition support based on current best practices and scientific evidence.

  • Inés Medina is an Associate Registered Nutritionist (RNZ) and provides services within the scope of that registration.

  • IM Nutrition does not offer medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a GP or other healthcare professional for medical concerns.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are committed to supporting your health goals, but outcomes depend on a range of personal factors. IM Nutrition cannot guarantee specific results.

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions. IM Nutrition is not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of its services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.

This privacy statement explains how IM Nutrition collects, stores, uses and shares your personal information.

This could include data shared when you schedule a session (via Acuity or similar), make a payment (via Stripe), or subscribe to our updates.

  • Pages visited, time spent, and how you interact with the site

This helps us improve our website and understand how people are using it.

STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION:

We store all personal data securely using encrypted files on a cloud platform (Google Drive). Access is restricted to authorised staff only.

As required by the Health (Retention of Health Information) Regulations 1996, we retain health records for 10 years from your last appointment. After that, your information is securely deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS:

You have the right to access any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if necessary.
